Terms & Conditions

1. Formation
These Terms and Conditions govern the contract between you (the customer) and Fix N Flow. Any variation must be agreed in writing.
2. Services Provided
We provide plumbing and heating services to domestic and commercial customers across Glasgow and surrounding areas.
3. Bookings and Cancellations
Bookings may be made via phone, WhatsApp, or our website. If you cancel within 1 hour of your scheduled booking window (e.g. 9am–12pm), a £70 late cancellation fee will apply.
4. Pricing & Estimates
All pricing will be provided before work begins. Estimates are valid for 30 days. If costs increase due to factors outside our control (e.g., supplier costs), we will notify you before continuing.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is required immediately upon completion of work unless agreed otherwise. Late payments may be subject to interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
6. Access & Site Conditions
You must ensure we have safe, legal, and unobstructed access to the property. Any delays caused by inaccessibility may incur additional charges.
7. Warranty and Workmanship Guarantee
We guarantee workmanship for 30 days after completion. Manufacturer warranties apply for all supplied parts.
8. Liability
Fix N Flow is not liable for pre-existing faults, indirect or consequential damage, or failure due to external factors like subsidence or frozen pipes. Nothing in this clause excludes liability for personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Health & Safety
You are responsible for disclosing any known hazards on site. We reserve the right to stop work if conditions are unsafe.
10. Use of Website
All content on our website is owned by Fix N Flow. You may not reproduce or reuse any part without written consent.
11. Privacy & Data
We respect your privacy and comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Scotland. The courts of Scotland shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
